Joining a waitlist

Registering at /join costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. It tells us your level and time zone so we can group you with other learners who can attend the same hour. No group is scheduled and nothing is charged until enough learners at the same level have registered and the group agrees a time.

Classes

Classes run in small groups of about five learners at the same level. Once a group is ready, payment terms for that group are set out in the invoice sent to you at that point; nothing is billed before then.

Cancellation and rescheduling. Give us at least twenty-four hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class, by emailing hello@koreanssaem.com. A class cancelled with less notice than that may be counted as taught. A group is scheduled around five learners who have all agreed to that hour, so a cancellation that lands too late to refill leaves the class running, and the hour spent, whether or not you're in it.

Digital products

No digital products are for sale on this site yet. When they are, they will be sold and delivered by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record — its terms and refund policy will govern the purchase itself. Our own default expectation is that a purchased file is licensed for the buyer's personal use and not for redistribution or resale, but this has not been finalized and will be confirmed when the shop opens.

Articles published on this site are teaching material for general information. They describe how we approach teaching Korean; they are not a guarantee of any particular learning outcome for any individual reader.

Liability

We provide instruction and materials in good faith and aim for them to be accurate and useful. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.

We may update these terms as the site's offerings change. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
